Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before registering an account or using any services offered on casinodays-ca.it.com (the "Website"). By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Website.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

- "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.

3.1 Minimum Age

By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement applicable to your jurisdiction. We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any Account found to be registered by a person under the applicable minimum age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
3.2 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to register an Account and use the Website, you must:
- Be of the minimum legal gambling age in your province or territory;
- Be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration;
- Not be a resident of or accessing the Website from a Restricted Territory;

3.3 Registration Process

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
We operate a robust KYC process. We may require you to submit identity and address verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

- Proof of Address: utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months;

- Source of Funds: evidence of the origin of funds deposited (e.g., payslip, bank statement).
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. We reserve the right to place your Account on hold and withhold any pending withdrawals pending the outcome of a KYC review.
3.5 One Account Per Player
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The existence of duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited. If we identify duplicate Accounts held by the same Player, all duplicate Accounts will be closed, associated Bonus Funds will be voided, and any winnings generated through a duplicate Account may be forfeited. Only the Player's first registered Account may, at our discretion, be retained.
3.6 Restricted Territories
Players who are physically present in or are residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to access the Website. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Website is lawful in your jurisdiction. We expressly disclaim any liability arising from your use of the Website in contravention of applicable local laws.
4. Account Management
4.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must:
- Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
- Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared devices;
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, except where such loss arises from our own negligence or fraud.
4.2 Account Accuracy
You must ensure that all information held in your Account is accurate and current at all times. If any information changes, you must update your Account promptly. We may suspend or close Accounts where inaccurate or outdated information is identified, and where such inaccuracy has or may have caused harm to you or to us.
4.3 Account Suspension and Closure
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, and to void any winnings or withhold any Balance, where:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms;
- We have reason to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise irregular activity;
- We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order;
- You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
- We reasonably believe your continued use of the Website poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to us.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you following a standard withdrawal process, provided that all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding issues exist.
4.4 Inactive Accounts
An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months. We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee on inactive Accounts, provided that:
- You have been notified by email at least thirty (30) days in advance;
- The fee does not reduce the Balance below zero;
- Fees are clearly disclosed in our current fee schedule.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Deposits
All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is CAD $10.00 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantaneously upon receipt; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution. We do not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
5.3 Withdrawals
To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed). Minimum withdrawal amount is CAD $20.00. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly limits are subject to the limits published in the Cashier section. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

We reserve the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC, AML checks, or for any other compliance-related purpose.
5.4 Currency
The primary Account currency is Canadian Dollar (CAD). All transactions, balances, bonuses, and wagering requirements are denominated in CAD unless expressly stated otherwise. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method operates in a different currency.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering
We take our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) legislation seriously. We may require you to provide evidence of the source of your funds or the source of your wealth at any time. All suspected instances of financial crime will be reported to the appropriate authorities. We expressly reserve the right to block or reverse transactions and freeze Account Balances pending investigation.
5.6 Refused or Reversed Transactions
We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where we have reason to believe that:
- The transaction is associated with fraudulent activity;
- The transaction violates these Terms or applicable law;
- The payment method is not registered in the Player's name;
- The Account is under investigation or suspended.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
We may offer Bonuses from time to time at our sole discretion. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion, as well as these general Bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. Bonuses are intended solely for the personal use of the eligible Player and may not be transferred.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the Bonus amount (and, where applicable, any associated deposit) must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each Bonus will be clearly stated at the time the Bonus is offered. You must satisfy the wagering requirement within the stated Bonus validity period, failing which all remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
6.3 Game Contribution to Wagering
Not all Games contribute equally toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Typical contribution rates are as follows:
- Video Slots: 100% contribution (unless specified otherwise);
- Classic Slots / Scratch Cards: 50% contribution;
- Live Casino & Table Games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker): 10% contribution;
- Video Poker: 10% contribution;
- Progressive Jackpot Slots: may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate;
- Sports / Virtual Sports: contribution rate as specified per promotion.
Certain Games may be entirely excluded from wagering requirement calculations. Please refer to the specific promotion terms for a complete list of excluded Games.
6.4 Bonus Validity Period
Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses and Free Spins must be claimed within seven (7) days of being awarded, and wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) days of the Bonus being credited. Any unused Bonus Funds or uncompleted wagering at the end of the validity period will be automatically removed from your Account without notice.
6.5 Maximum Bet with Bonus Funds
When playing with active Bonus Funds, the maximum permitted bet per spin or hand is CAD $5.00 (or equivalent), unless a higher limit is expressly stated. Bets placed in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the Bonus and associated winnings being voided.
6.6 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings
Unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn as a result of winnings derived from a Bonus is CAD $5,000 per Bonus or such other amount as stated in the specific promotion terms. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from your Account upon withdrawal.
6.7 Bonus Abuse
We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward Bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation:
- Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus more than once;
- Using Bonus Funds solely on low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play;
- Colluding with other Players to exploit Bonus terms;
- Reversing deposits after claiming a Bonus (charge-backs).
Where Bonus abuse is detected, we reserve the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the Account involved.
7. Games & Fair Play
7.1 Game Availability
We offer a wide range of Games supplied by third-party software providers. The availability of specific Games may vary by jurisdiction, device, or at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any Game at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Random Number Generator (RNG)
All outcomes of Games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures that each result is entirely random, independent, and unpredictable. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure compliance with industry fairness standards. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within individual Game information panels.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or interruption to a Game, any affected bets or rounds may be deemed void. We shall not be liable for any loss resulting from a technical failure beyond our reasonable control. If a Game is interrupted after a wager has been placed but before the outcome has been determined, the wager may be refunded to your Account Balance at our discretion. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error, miscalculation, or glitch will be deemed void and are not payable.
7.4 Prohibition of Automated Play
The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with Games or the Website is strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated monitoring systems to detect automated play, and any Account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended, all winnings derived from automated play will be voided, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
7.5 Prohibited Strategies
We reserve the right to void bets and/or suspend Accounts where we reasonably believe that a Player is employing a betting strategy that exploits a software vulnerability, mathematical flaw, or error in our systems, or is colluding with other Players to achieve an unfair advantage.
7.6 Game Rules
Each Game is governed by individual rules accessible within the Game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the Game rules and these Terms, the Game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the operation of that Game, but these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.
8. Tournaments & Lotteries
8.1 Tournaments
We may from time to time host player tournaments, leaderboard competitions, and prize draws ("Tournaments"). Entry into any Tournament is subject to these Terms and any specific Tournament rules published at the time of the event. Participation in a Tournament does not guarantee any prize. Tournament prizes will be credited to winning Players' Accounts within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the Tournament, subject to KYC verification.
8.2 Prize Disputes
Our decision in relation to Tournament outcomes and prize allocations is final and binding. Any dispute relating to a Tournament result must be submitted to us in writing within seven (7) days of the Tournament result being published.
8.3 Lotteries and Prize Draws
Participation in any lottery, raffle, or prize draw offered by us is subject to the specific promotional terms of that event and applicable Canadian law. Winners will be selected by a provably fair method and notified via the email address registered to their Account.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, software, database compilations, and the selection and arrangement thereof ("Content"), is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, sell, transmit, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any Content without our prior written consent.
9.3 Prohibited Uses
You must not:
- Use any data mining, robots, scrapers, or similar data extraction tools on the Website;
- Frame or mirror any portion of the Website without our express written consent;
- Reproduce, republish, or otherwise exploit the Website's Content for commercial purposes;
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Website.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and all its Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
10.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Website shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Excluded Losses
In no event shall we be liable for any:
- Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages;
- Loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
- Losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials;
- Losses arising from any inaccuracy in information you provide;
- Losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including system failures, telecommunications disruptions, acts of God, or regulatory action.
10.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Website, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 calendar days.

11.3 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. Any dispute not resolved through the internal complaints procedure or ADR process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
11.4 No Class Actions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to bring any dispute on an individual basis only and waive any right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.
